Should I accept ONLY Pay Pal for my teleseminars?

Question: Our shopping cart only accepts Pay Pal. Is that good enough to handle our needs?

Dan's answer: Probably not. Most people don't have Pay Pal accounts. If you ask them to go to Pay Pal to sign up for an account, you will lose people, guaranteed.

You need to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plain and simple, to get people to pay. People are in a buying mode and you need to make it easy for them. I originally didn't accept American Express. Then I decided to give it a try and found that about 20 percent of my new orders come from people who prefer American Express cards. I can't imagine how much business I lost because I didn't accept American Express.
