Are cheap teleconference lines a good deal?

Cheap teleconference lines that offer phone lines for no cost are causing a commotion in the teleseminar industry.

Are cheap teleconferencing services good?
Can free conference services provide assistance?

Those are questions I get asked every day.

The good news is that cheap conference lines are surprisingly good. They might not be as good as the quality offered by pay for play conference services, though. But if you don't care about high quality. They are probably good enough. I wouldn't recommend that you record on these lines and create a product to sell. The sound is just a bit off.

But if you are doing a mastermind session or a coaching session, the quality is good enough and you can't beat the price.

If you decide to go with a cheap phone line service, just remember, you won't get all the bells and whistles, like operator assistance in case something goes wrong. On full service teleconference services, an operator can come on the line and mute people who are talking without regard to your seminar, for example. If that's not important, that you can certainly use cheap conference services or free teleconference services.

The one I recommend is:

Totally Free Conference Calls
